Cancellations must be submitted by the 20th of the month in order to cancel the upcoming withdrawal. For requests submitted after the 20th, the cancellation will take effect for the following month.

    Cancellation form submitted BEFORE January 20th: Cancellation will take effect February 1st
    Cancellation form submitted
    AFTER January 20th: Cancellation will take effect March 1st

    Membership cancellations take effect on the 1st, allowing access to services through the end of the month. Submission of this form does not guarantee cancellation. Customers must be eligible for cancellation in order for the request to be processed successfully. A Guest Services representative will contact you within 3-5 business days to confirm your cancellation. Cancellations are not finalized until you receive Cancellation Confirmation from a Guest Services Representative. If you do not receive confirmation before the 20th of the month but your form was submitted before the 20th of the month your request will still be honored.
