Please note: If you have submitted a cancel or freeze form AFTER the 20th of the current month, your adjustment will not process until AFTER the upcoming EFT draw. This information is listed on both membership adjustment pages as well as your membership agreement form.

Example:
Form submitted BEFORE January 20th: Adjustment will take effect February 1st
Form submitted
AFTER January 20th: Adjustment will take effect March 1st

Membership adjustments are not finalized until you receive confirmation from a Guest Services Representative.

Membership adjustments take effect on the 1st, allowing access to services through the end of the month. Submission of this form does not guarantee cancellation/ freeze. Customers must be eligible for cancellation/ freeze in order for the request to be processed successfully.

A Guest Services representative will contact you within 3-5 business days to confirm your adjustment.
If you do not receive confirmation before the 20th of the month but your form was submitted before the 20th of the month your request will still be honored for the upcoming draw.
