Cancellations must be submitted by the 20th of the month in order to cancel for the next month. For requests submitted after the 20th, the cancellation will take effect for the following month. Membership cancellations take effect on the 1st, allowing access to services through the end of the month. Note: Submission of this email does not guarantee cancellation. Customers must be eligible for cancellation in order for the request to be processed successfully. A Guest Services representative will contact you within 2-3 business days to confirm your cancellation. Cancellations are not finalized until you receive Cancellation Confirmation from a Guest Services Representative.
